We offer 2 search options:

1. The Therapist and Group Finder - designed to search for a psychologist, social worker, psychiatrist, mental health counselor, or group near you to meet your needs.

2. The National Social Worker Finder - developed in partnership with NASW to promote understanding of the social work profession and to locate licensed social workers and clinical social workers who hold exceptional credentials.

Therapists and organizations - list or renew your practice or service info immediately! Licensed social workers - for a single annual fee, your practice info shall be listed in both Finders.

What Makes HelpPRO Unique?

Designed for you. The Basic Search offers a fast and simple tool with the the majority of popular search items. Search by location, concern (specialty), age group, and/or payment options to generate a record of therapists or organizations that match your needs.

The majority of search items. Our Advanced Search offers the largest number of search criteria accessible anywhere. Maybe you desire a therapist who focuses on the gay/lesbian population or a specific ethnic or cultural group or is fluent in another language? Use the Advanced Search to locate therapists with expertise in specific theoretical approaches for example CBT, EMDR, hypnosis or mediation.

Locate a group. Use our Group Search to search for a support, therapy or self-assist group near you. Search by "group issues" to search for a smoking cessation group or combine it with "age group" to search for a group for teens with eating difficulties. Search by "group type" to search for a CBT, DBT or social skills group. As well you're able to search by time and day of the week that the group meets!
